Administrative Support
We are hiring for an administrative support role in Malta. This role supports the day-to-day running of a professional practice, with clear routines, direct contact with the team, and work that is noticed.
The Practice
EGM Assurance is a dedicated audit, tax, and advisory practice where work is handled with clear ownership and close client contact. You will work in a setting where reliable support is valued and your contribution is visible.
Who This Role Suits
We are looking for someone organised, reliable, and comfortable handling documents, follow-ups, and internal coordination. You will receive clear guidance, but you should also be confident keeping work moving and paying attention to detail.
What You Will Handle
Coordinate client communications, maintain records, prepare internal documents, support onboarding and follow-up tasks, and help keep filings, deadlines, and day-to-day administration in order across the practice.
Core Requirements
Strong organisation and attention to detail; good written and spoken English; confidence using email, Excel, and common office tools; reliable follow-through; and comfort working to agreed timelines.
Useful Experience
Previous experience in administration, office support, coordination, or client-facing operational work is preferred. Confidence with Excel and common office tools, and a disciplined approach to record-keeping, will be useful.
